The Role/Opportunity To manage a self-directed cross-functional team to efficiently ingest poultry and process selected poultry products to meet internal customer requirements within department performance standards (process loss efficiency, zero non-conformance) ensuring adherence to specified requirements. the employer product specifications, quality and safety standards.
