the employer is looking for a skilled Project Manager - Delivery (Theme Park Display) to join our team. The Project Manager - Delivery (Theme Parks View) will lead the design and construction projects, ensuring seamless integration between the project development and implementation processes. In-depth knowledge of show and entertainment design, engineering, and safety standards is preferred. Previous experience managing a presentation team. Excellent understanding of text, presentation techniques, media and display control, etc. Understanding aquatic displays and techniques is important as is AV, projection mapping, sound effects, display control, and delivery. ### Responsibilities * Define proposal-related project timeline, draft EOIs, PQQs, RFPs, and other proposals, create budgets and maintain proposal-related documentation throughout the project life cycle. * Coordinate internal teams and external resources, communicating guidelines and deadlines clearly, effectively and consistently for the presentation you have been assigned. * Assess risks throughout the project life cycle, anticipate internal, external and customer needs and easily implement problem resolution with project stakeholders. * The intern coordinates all teams to delegate and prioritize tasks and conduct status updates and check-ins with individual team members to ensure tasks are completed. * Providing regular recordings of project status and tracking Provide and updates on deliverables with internal teams, external resources, customers and stakeholders. * Manage client and intellectual property relationships throughout the project lifecycle and uphold the high standards of individual contributors, holding everyone accountable to their deadlines. **Requirements** * Bachelor of Arts Degree: Performing Arts or similar related field, preferred. * HND: Specific Design, Performing Arts or minimum related fields. * PMP or other relevant project management certification (e.g., Prince2, Agile, etc.) - desirable but not a requirement. * Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) certification is well regarded but not a requirement. Proficiency in English, Japanese, and/or Arabic is highly appreciated but not essential. * 10 years of experience in set design, show production or similar, and leading complex projects from inception to close, within a show and entertainment environment, preferably in a theme park or similar location-based entertainment field environment. * Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously will be highly valued. * Demonstrated ability to effectively manage presentation and entertainment project scope, schedule, budget, et al, and resources using appropriate digital tools. * Proactive, with a drive to deliver and the ability to bring stakeholders together around a shared vision. * Strong coaching capabilities to enhance the professional development of junior colleagues. * Effectively manages and prioritizes workload and adheres to tight deadlines. * Show it t Strong written and verbal skills in English. Other languages are well appreciated. * Demonstrate competent use of enterprise-level management software, such as (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera, Aconex, etc.) or similar systems * Manage a team to achieve results * Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and across multiple departments. * Excellent problem-solving, decision-making and conflict resolution skills
