The purpose of this role is to implement marketing strategies and tactical plans that enhance S&N product superiority. This includes coordination with regional marketing managers to increase revenue and market share of the department and maintain customer relationships with key accounts while paying customers back to the company. The product specialist will sell unique patented devices and implants in the operating room directly to leading surgeons. What do you need to be successful? • Develop and maintain strong relationships with the distributor. • Conduct product presentations for various customer levels such as doctors, nurses, buyers and decision makers. • Conducting product training. • Assist in identifying and assessing field and marketing support needs and making recommendations to management where appropriate. • Maintain a strong relationship with business unit employees and regional marketing managers. • Act as a communication link company between the marketing organization and the business unit to solve problems, quality issues, manufacturing defects and other related issues. • Facilitate the implementation and adoption of marketing strategies, tactics and customer education programs at the state level.
