Senior Mechanical Inspector

It operates a network of over 2,500 laboratories and facilities in 115 countries, supported by 99,500 professionals. the employer seeks a Senior Mechanical Inspector to conduct comprehensive inspections of pressure vessels, storage tanks, piping systems and mechanical components to ensure compliance with project specifications, codes and standards. Performs welding inspections per CSWIP 3.2, in‑service inspection, assessment and certification of pressure vessels (API 510) and storage tanks (API 653). Reviews fabrication, erection and maintenance procedures for compliance with drawings and standards, prepares detailed inspection reports, NCRs and corrective action recommendations. Coordinates with project engineers, QA/QC teams and contractors, mentors junior inspectors and maintains up‑to‑date knowledge of industry standards relevant to oil and gas mechanical inspections

Requirements

• BE/BTech in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 6 years inspection experience
• OR 2‑year Industrial/Technical College Diploma with a minimum of 12 years inspection experience
• valid CSWIP 3.2 and API 570 certifications
• valid Saudi driving licence
• thorough knowledge of applicable international standards
• full working knowledge of quality system standards and methods
