Job description

Manages the relationship with customers on the job site. Plans and performs calculations necessary for the job at the well site. Coordinates the activities of operators during installation and commissioning of equipment. Determines instructions for the team and resolves conflicts according to approved levels. Ensures customer satisfaction with completed work. Collects and distributes data related to jobs. Coordinates cleaning, repair, and preparation of equipment for the next job. Evaluates the performance levels of subordinates and develops their practical skills. He performs the duties of the service commander in his absence. Possesses exceptional service line skills and general understanding of other functions. Adheres to health, environmental and safety standards and procedures. Participates in continuous quality and process improvement
