Sales Representative

Job description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-oriented sales representative to generate new jobs and build strong relationships with customers and achieve sales goals. The ideal candidate has excellent communication and negotiation skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to identify and transform potential customers. Identify and follow up new sales opportunities through exploration, communication and referrals. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Offer, promote and sell the company's products or services. Conduct customer meetings, presentations and product offerings. Negotiating contracts and entering into sales agreements. Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets. Follow-up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and encourage repeat business. Preparation of quotations, proposals and sales reports. Keep accurate records of customers using CRM systems. Monitor market trends, competitors' activities and customer needs. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of orders and customer support. Professionally represent the company in meetings, events and exhibitions. **Requirement **Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing or a related field. 1-3 years of sales experience (industry experience is an added advantage). Communication skills and dealing with others are strong. Excellent negotiation and the ability to close. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Efficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM programs. A valid driver's license (if required)
