With more than 25 years of specialized experience, Kafu Group has cemented its name as a unique strong player in the Kingdom. the employer Energy is looking for an experienced BMS Project Test and Commissioning Engineer to join our growing team and play a key role in delivering high quality Building Management System (BMS) projects. The role involves implementing testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting building management systems, including field devices, controllers, networking, and systems integration. Conduct functional performance testing, ensure compliance with project specifications, coordinate with project teams and customers, prepare operational reports and delivery documentation while supporting system improvement and problem resolution. The ideal candidate must have previous experience testing and commissioning a BMS. Strong knowledge of HVAC controls, BMS platforms, communication protocols, troubleshooting, and technical drawings, with good teamwork and communication skills. Responsibilities: • Implement testing, commissioning and troubleshooting of building management systems. • Verify field devices, controllers, networks, and system integrity. • Conduct functional performance testing and ensure compliance with project specifications. • Coordination with managers Projects, engineers, subcontractors and clients during commissioning activities. • Preparing commissioning reports, testing documents, and delivery packages. • Support site activities, system improvement, and problem resolution. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in electrical, electronics, instrumentation, automation, or related engineering discipline. • Minimum experience in BMS testing and commissioning projects. • Strong knowledge of HVAC controls, building management system architecture, and field instrumentation. • Experience with leading BMS platforms such as, the employer, the employer, Siemens, Johnson Controls, or similar systems. • Good understanding of communication protocols including BACnet, Modbus, and LonWorks. • Ability to read and interpret control drawings, operating sequences, and technical specifications. • Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills. • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. • Willingness to travel and work at project sites as required. • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Project, Word & PPT, Excel) is required. • Good writing and communication skills in English.
