ISR Training Manager

Job description

You will lead the ISR training package for the Riyadh Metro Line 2 (Red Line) extension. You will collaborate with internal and external teams including the client, consortium partners, operations and maintenance entities, and project suppliers. You will define the training strategy, manage the Transfer of Technology (ToT) process, and coordinate the preparation, delivery, and follow‑up of training activities. You will ensure alignment with project milestones and compliance with quality, safety, and contractual standards

Requirements

• University or engineering degree
• background in railway systems
• familiarity with traditional and modern training methods such as mentoring, coaching, on‑the‑job or classroom training, e‑learning, workshops, simulations
• experience in training execution and use of training tools
• proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• fluency in English (Arabic a plus)
• strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to influence and collaborate across teams
• pedagogical skills and transparent communication style
• demonstrated autonomy, accountability, and organizational skills
• proactivity, adaptability, and resilience in a dynamic environment
• experience designing, developing, and delivering training programs (10+ years)
• experience interfacing with Metro/Tram/Monorail Operations and Maintenance entities (5+ years)
• involvement in a turnkey urban transport system project as a training manager (5+ years)
