ILS Project Manager - System & Infrastructure

Job description

Take responsibility for coordinating ISR activities for the Riyadh Line 2 Extension Project. Work with engineering, operations, maintenance and project management teams, engage customers and consortium partners, and ensure contractual compliance. Oversee development and implementation of ISR and LSA methodology, technology transfer and O&M training processes. Ensure deliverables are timely, cost‑effective, and aligned with project goals, integrate ISR requirements into material design, draft management plans, monitor progress and propose recovery actions when needed

Requirements

• University degree in engineering or related discipline
• experience or understanding of rail systems, especially metro systems
• knowledge of railway maintenance including Maintenance Management Systems (MMS)
• familiarity with operations and maintenance environments, documentation and training coordination
• strong understanding of spare parts and tools definition
• fluency in English
• Arabic language advantage
• strong written and verbal communication skills
