** Role Mission ** As ** Team Leader, ** you will support store management in ensuring service standards are achieved throughout the store. You will actively sell to achieve your individual goals but in addition, you will support floor management and lead the team in day-to-day activities. You will be a role model for the team, supporting them to achieve their individual goals and supporting the management team in operational duties. Job Responsibilities **Responsibilities** * Assist management in the day-to-day management of the team * Serve as a Duty Manager in the absence of management - * Responsible for opening and closing the store in the absence of management * Support management by providing coaching and guidance to the team * Be an exceptional team player who consistently achieves individual and team goals * Provide an exceptional customer service experience for each customer; Greet, listen, help, advise and exceed their expectations * Embody and share our brand history and heritage with the team and customers * Highlight our product categories with your product knowledge to cross-sell and upsell * Deal with diverse customers, always making them feel good to develop long-term relationships * Develop and grow your customer history, updating customer information on relevant company tools * Perform as a team player, participating and collaborating in all activities that contribute to the overall store objectives * Actively participate in visual merchandising in accordance with the employer visual standards * Maintain products in an efficient, clean, safe and organized manner; Front and back of the house * Support with inventory management and ad hoc back-of-house tasks * Follow company policies and procedures including the employer standards Regarding Grooming and Behavior ### Key Profile Requirements Experience within a similar retail role Deep interest in fashion, art and culture Experience working with and leading a diverse and dynamic team Excellent organisation, prioritization and multi-tasking skills Ability to lead and inspire a team to give their best Comfortably adapts to and communicates with diverse employees and customers Effective communication skills with sensitivities to build and maintain a customer history Results driven Business mindset without compromising team player attitude Flexible, adaptable and collaborative approach to work ### Additional Information ** About the employer ** Founded in Spain in 1846, the employer is the second oldest luxury fashion house in the world.
