We are looking for an AI Business Analyst with experience and hands-on experience in AI to identify, evaluate and formulate practical AI-powered solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders from both the business and technical sides to translate real operational needs into clear requirements, measurable success criteria, and accountable implementation methods. Tasks and Responsibilities: • Evaluate business processes to identify automation and artificial intelligence opportunities, and evaluate expected benefits, costs, feasibility, dependencies, and risks. • Lead discovery sessions with business-side stakeholders to understand pain points, process variations, data availability, controls, and desired outcomes. • Write clear functional requirements and user stories for AI-powered features, including document intelligence and extraction, conversational assistants, classification and decision making, and intelligent routing. • Define distinct parameters for AI-powered features, including accuracy thresholds, trust management, alternative paths, person-involved processes, exception management, and audit requirements. • Support the evaluation of business-side models by evaluating AI outputs against real-world cases, and assist In organizing representative evaluation data sets, documenting results, and identifying limitations. • Translate AI findings into actionable recommendations, acceptance criteria, process changes, operational procedures, and implementation priorities. • Clearly communicate AI capabilities, assumptions, risks, and limitations to non-technical stakeholders, recognizing when a rules-based or traditional solution is more appropriate. • Collaborate with product, engineering, data, security, compliance and operations teams throughout the design, delivery, testing, deployment and continuous improvement phases. Requirements • Hands-on experience working with AI-powered products, prototypes, or solutions, with direct involvement in discovering use cases, defining requirements, testing, or evaluating. • 5+ years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, product analysis, automation, digital transformation, or a related role. • Strong ability to map business processes, identify inefficiencies, evaluate solution options, and build clear business cases covering value, cost, risk and merit. • Experience writing functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and exception scenarios for technology-enabled solutions. • A working understanding of AI concepts such as model outputs, confidence levels, evaluation datasets, accuracy, false positives and negatives, human oversight, and responsible precautionary handling. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate AI deliverables in light of the business context and document constraints b Objectivity. • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex AI concepts clearly to business and non-technical audiences. • Ability to work collaboratively across business and technical teams. Familiarity with data privacy, security, compliance, or audit considerations is an advantage
