Account Executive - Next Gen - Academy - Customer Success

You will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, selling, and closing new business with existing and new customers

Requirements

• Professional experience in a sales environment with a quota in a technology company or in a role with high exposure to business operations
• experience generating opportunities, qualifying potential customers, and managing sales pipelines across a defined region with a track record of building customer relationships and articulating value propositions
• collaborative and productive approach to internal and external working relationships
• strong ability to quickly learn new concepts and adapt to changing environments and apply knowledge to achieve results
• understanding of AI basics, uses, and ethics to identify business problems that can be solved using AI
• strong business acumen, including proven knowledge of business operations and/or industries
• proficiency in English and Italian languages to interact with our global and local network
• AI focus areas: (AI adoption mindset, daily AI practice, context engineering) curious and agile mindset, with a passion for learning and flexibility to adapt in a rapidly evolving and innovative environment
• strong problem-solving, project management, and creative thinking skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and communicate ideas clearly and effectively
• emotional intelligence and cultural awareness that supports inclusive team collaboration and thoughtful stakeholder engagement
• growing foundation in business acumen and emerging technologies - particularly AI - paired with a results-driven approach and courage to take initiative
