Project: the employer provides strategic project management consultancy for new major stadiums, multi-stadium redevelopments and wider transformations. The scope includes delivering new stadiums, increasing the capacity of existing stadiums, providing key multi-use amenities, and introducing robust knowledge transfer to ensure operational excellence and long-term sustainability post construction. Provides dedicated stakeholder support and communications to project teams, providing coordinated services that enable effective engagement, clear communication, and successful project outcomes. You will be responsible for: • Developing and implementing the project stakeholder engagement and communications strategy. • Identify, identify and manage key stakeholders, including customers, government authorities, sporting bodies, facility providers, operators and local communities. • Build and maintain effective relationships with regulate authorities to secure approvals, permits and acceptance of stakeholders. • Coordinate stakeholder requirements and ensure they are integrated into project planning, design, and delivery. • Manage stakeholder issues, conflicts, and escalations to minimize impacts on program, cost, and project objectives. • Facilitating workshops, meetings and consultations with stakeholders Internal and external. • Monitor stakeholder risks, maintain track of actions, and report regularly to senior leadership. • Oversee community engagement initiatives and manage public facing communications when appropriate. • Support the delivery of stakeholder activities and communications, ensuring alignment with project objectives and client requirements. • Build effective relationships with clients, stakeholders and project teams to enable successful outcomes. • Performance monitoring, reporting, and compliance with stakeholder management and communications plans. • Drive continuous improvement, enhancing methodologies, integration, and delivery across communications disciplines. You will need: • An engineering degree or equivalent qualification. • Introductory experience in PMO services and project controls. • APM Foundation and Practitioner certification (or equivalent). • Necessary visa criteria for KSA and relevant work experience working on high value projects/programs for project management consulting work, which is required for immigration and client approval.
