This unique project consists of a master mixed-use development including sports, entertainment and arts facilities as well as all associated infrastructure. the employer is one of the delivery partners in need of highly qualified and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout every phase of the project. You will be responsible for: • Developing and achieving annual business plan objectives within agreed deadlines and budget constraints. • Lead and manage geotechnical design resources and oversee the delivery of geotechnical design services across multiple projects. • Provide management review data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to project and functional leadership teams. • Support business development, winning business initiatives, and provide training and capacity development programmes. • Ensure compliance with management systems, project governor m, and defined roles and responsibilities. • Act as the primary focal point for geotechnical design issues, leading to continuous improvement in delivery plans, technical standards, tools and processes. • Influencing purchasing strategies, contractual and legal issues, and promoting business excellence Create through effective collaboration among stakeholders. • Support net zero carbon targets by proactively identifying, managing and reducing carbon emissions while leveraging regulatory knowledge and best practices. You will need: • A qualified degree in civil engineering, geotechnical engineering, engineering geology, or a related discipline (or equivalent). • Significant experience in leading geotechnical design teams and delivering major infrastructure or construction projects.
