Perso Operator

Job description

The operator runs and monitors the Perso machine to ensure consistent workflow. Inspects products for defects and removes faulty items from the line. Records production data including output, rejections, downtime, and material usage. Adheres to safety, health, and security guidelines such as wearing protective gear and maintaining a clean, orderly workspace. Follows the production plan. Implements the priority matrix. Complies with PCI requirements.

Requirements

• High School diploma or higher
• 3 years experience as production operator
• good knowledge of MS Excel
• MS Office (add)
• maintenance knowledge (add)
• experience in industrial/operational/manufacturing industry
• Lean Manufacturing knowledge
• team player
• work dedication
• sense of initiative and ownership
• adaptability to new tasks and fast learner
• good problem‑solving skills
• ability to work rotating shifts and holidays (mandatory)
• clear security record
• good oral and written communication in English and Arabic.
