Cluster IT Supervisor

Job description

The role focuses on enhancing guest experiences by supporting IT across multiple hotels. Execute IT strategy and coordinate initiatives with the Area Director of Technology Services. Improve system performance and security by monitoring and troubleshooting LAN and network servers and managing upgrades. Resolve technical issues for users and provide training and support. Ensure compliance with the employer Technology Network (HTN) standards and manage shared technology resources and backups. Lead technology projects such as workstation and server refreshes, Wi‑Fi, PBX, and point‑of‑sale installations, delivering on schedule and budget. Support hotel operations by working closely with property management to minimize downtime. Inspire and develop the team through recruitment, training, supervision, and performance evaluations.
