Field Compliance Coordinator

Job description

Support Oil & Gas operations in gas plants (environment) and construction safety. Ensure compliance with HSE policies, environmental regulations, and industry standards while promoting a proactive safety and environmental culture in the field. Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with company HSE policies, environmental regulations, and industry standards, conduct field inspections, audits, and compliance assessments, monitor and manage Permit-to-Work (PTW), Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), hazard identification, risk assessments, and safe work practices, coordinate environmental monitoring, waste management, spill response, incident investigations, and corrective action tracking, implement and maintain Environmental Management Systems (EMS) and Safety Management Systems (SMS), deliver HSE inductions, toolbox talks, safety and environmental awareness programs, and contractor training, prepare compliance reports, analyze inspection findings, and recommend improvements to enhance operational performance

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, HSE, Environmental Science, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline
• 10 years of relevant experience with a minimum of 7 years in the Oil & Gas industry
• professional certifications such as NEBOSH IGC, IOSH, ISO 14001 Lead Auditor or equivalent
• strong knowledge of Environmental Management Systems (EMS), Safety Management Systems (SMS), Process Safety Management (PSM), and applicable HSE regulations
• hands‑on experience in field compliance inspections, audits, hazard identification, risk assessments, incident investigations, and corrective action management
• experience with Permit-to-Work (PTW), Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), environmental monitoring, waste management, emergency response, and contractor compliance
• proven ability to develop and deliver HSE training, toolbox talks, and safety/environmental awareness programs.
