Responsibilities include managing contracts across large-scale social infrastructure projects, reviewing, negotiating, and finalizing vendor and subcontractor agreements, monitoring contract compliance and risks, documenting change orders, coordinating with the legal, procurement, and project teams on contractual matters, and supporting claims management and resolving commercial issues during project delivery
