Road Infrastructure Contracts Manager

Job description

The role involves supporting the commercial and contractual foundations for major infrastructure programs through stakeholder management and compliance. Tasks include reviewing, drafting, and managing contracts; coordinating documents and specifications; supporting change orders and commercial correspondence; collaborating with project teams to resolve contractual issues; and performing surveying, measurement, and compliance assurance activities

Requirements

• Experience in surveying and measurement
• Experience in stakeholder management
• Experience in achieving compliance
• Experience in managing large and complex contract portfolios
• Proven experience in leading contract management teams
• Experience supporting road, highway, transport, or major infrastructure projects
• Knowledge of governance environments in the government sector or mega-projects
• Professional membership in a recognized body such as RICS, CIArb, CIPS, or ICE is preferred.
