Engagement Manager

Job description

The role of Engagement Manager involves leading the execution of a high-impact project in Makkah. The main point of contact with the client, coordinating three parallel work streams including third-party partnerships and core program delivery. Develops the overall delivery plan and ensures the achievement of milestones. Manages governance meetings, status updates, and executive reports. Tracks procedures, accreditations, risks, and issues and escalates when necessary. Ensures client expectations are aligned with delivery teams, partner outputs, and project objectives. Builds strong relationships with stakeholders and maintains clear communication throughout the commitment period

Requirements

• Excel
• risk management
• stakeholder management
• 5-8 years of experience in engagement management or program management or project management or management consulting
• proficiency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken
• experience with software delivery teams and external vendors (preferred)
