Senior Supervisor

Job description

The Senior Supervisor leads and manages hydrojetting, high pressure jetting, and water jetting operations on site. Develops work plans and allocates resources to meet schedules. Ensures compliance with safety procedures, environmental regulations, and quality standards. Conducts safety meetings, toolbox talks, and training for the hydrojetting team. Inspects equipment and ensures proper maintenance and operational readiness. Coordinates with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to align operations with project requirements. Monitors and reports project progress, challenges, and incidents. Mentors junior supervisors and technicians to improve team performance

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Diploma in Mechanical or related technical field
• minimum 5 years experience in hydrojetting/high pressure jetting within the oil & gas sector
• shutdown & turnaround experience preferred
• relevant certifications in hydrojetting or industrial cleaning technologies are advantageous
