Job description

The leader is responsible for developing and implementing security policies, procedures and standards and managing health, safety and environment programs. Assess operational risks, conduct behavior safety audits, high‑level site walks and inspections to ensure corrective actions are applied. Review service contractors, maintain incident statistics for trend analysis and corrective actions. Promote continuous improvement, monitor contractor performance and investigate serious incidents to recommend preventive measures. Develop awareness campaigns, manage subordinate activities, identify training needs and create or enhance the HSE management plan in line with company policy

Requirements

• deep experience in construction safety regulations
• experience in developing and implementing security policies, procedures and standards
• experience with AWS cloud
• knowledge of compliance
