Cost Controller

Job description

Responsible for tracking, analyzing, and reporting project costs against approved budgets. Maintain cost control systems and cost breakdown structures. Track committed, actual, and forecast costs versus budget. Prepare periodic cost reports and variance analysis for management. Support project cash flow forecasts. Coordinate with procurement and site teams to verify cost data accuracy. Track change orders and their cost impact. Support earned value management (EVM) calculations and reporting. Maintain cost coding and allocation aligned with project WBS. Assist in preparing monthly cost reports for client/management review. Identify cost risks and trends and escalate to the Project Control Manager. Support final cost reconciliation and account preparation

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in project cost control on EPC or construction projects
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Accounting or related field
