Job description

The role involves providing individual support to students within the classroom and helping them engage, participate, and integrate effectively in the learning environment. Responsibilities: provide individualized support to students with special educational needs; assist students in classroom participation and integration; implement recommended educational, behavioral, and learning strategies; support the development of students' academic, social, and communication skills; monitor and document student progress and provide feedback to the special education team; collaborate with teachers, special education specialists, and parents as needed; foster a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment
