Our ecosystem brings together everything merchants need to succeed online-from storefronts and payments to shipping, order management, marketing, and more. In this role, you’ll help shape the merchant experience on the employer by creating clear, useful, and intuitive content. You’ll collaborate with product teams to simplify complex experiences and develop content that enables merchants to navigate the employer with clarity and confidence. This hands-on opportunity will allow you to strengthen your UX writing skills in a real-world product environment, learn how content decisions are made at scale, and see your work become part of experiences used by thousands of merchants. Applicants must be eligible for the Tamheer Program and must not have been registered with GOSI during the past six months. Responsibilities: Write clear, concise, and consistent UI copy across buttons, forms, error messages, tooltips, notifications, and onboarding flows. Create content across different formats, from microcopy and in-product guidance to longer-form product content and emails. Partner with Product Managers to create content that supports both user needs and business goals. Work closely with Product Designers in Figma to make sure content and design work together as one experience. Maintain a consistent brand voice and tone across product touchpoints. Adapt content to different user needs, contexts, and audience segments
