We are looking for a Senior Performance Marketer to join the Growth team in a fast-growing consumer AI company. The role is highly hands-on, with direct ownership of paid acquisition campaigns, significant monthly media spend and creative testing decisions across mainstream consumer channels. The successful candidate drives commercial performance and helps scale acquisition across international markets.

Requirements

• Fluent in English
• proven hands-on paid acquisition experience
• direct control of $300K+ monthly spend
• recent demonstrable commercial results
• strong B2C acquisition background
• proven ownership of creative testing decisions
• strong understanding of acquisition and subscription economics
• comfortable working for an adult-AI companionship company
