IT Coordinator

Job description

The IT Coordinator troubleshoots and repairs technical problems related to computer hardware and peripheral equipment. Provides technical guidance and recommendations to resolve business problems. Refers major hardware/software problems to vendors or technicians for service. Maintains and upgrades hardware and software, including peripherals and website technical architecture related to hardware and telecommunication connectivity.

Requirements

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
• No related work experience
• No supervisory experience
• No license or certification
