Spa Attendant

Job description

Exceptional hospitality starts with you. You will brighten guests' day by ensuring a clean and relaxing spa environment and delivering memorable experiences. Greet and assist guests with an upbeat and friendly attitude. Clean and sanitize spa areas, locker rooms, treatment spaces, and equipment in line with health and safety standards. Monitor and restock towels, refreshments, and other amenities. Observe spa activity and report concerns to maintain a safe and relaxing environment. Accurately handle guest payments using the point-of-sale system, manage cash, credit, and debit card transactions. Support spa operations and perform general duties to enhance the guest experience.
