QA/QC Manager

Job description

the employer is seeking a QA/QC Manager for Riyadh. The role oversees and ensures quality of housing renovation and refurbishment works performed by contractors and subcontractors. Ensures compliance with approved drawings, project specifications, contractual requirements, applicable codes, and the Project Quality Plan from initial site inspections to final handover. Develops and implements the Project Quality Plan, procedures, and inspection requirements. Leads and supervises multidisciplinary QA/QC teams in civil, architectural, electrical, and mechanical domains. Reviews method statements, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), material submittals, and quality documentation. Monitors renovation activities including demolition, structural repairs, waterproofing, finishes, MEP works, and reinstatement. Coordinates inspections, material approvals, testing, and commissioning with client and consultant. Identifies quality issues, manages Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), and ensures corrective actions are completed. Conducts site inspections and quality audits to ensure compliance with approved standards. Manages snagging, final inspections, as‑built drawings, O&M manuals, and project handover documentation. Monitors contractor and subcontractor performance and prepares periodic quality reports and KPIs

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001
• proficiency in quality management systems
• experience with inspections and NCR management
• proficiency in testing, commissioning and handover processes
• knowledge of Six Sigma
• compliance knowledge
• Certified Management Systems Auditor
• 10 years of experience
