Job advertisement A leading contracting company announces the availability of a job vacancy with the title: Expert, City Operation | City Operations Expert The City Operations Expert monitors the readiness of facilities and infrastructure for operation, and ensures that assets are received from project teams in accordance with technical and operational requirements. It also works on coordination between teams and relevant parties, follows up on maintenance and guarantees, and addresses observations and risks, to ensure that projects move from the construction phase to the operating phase with complete efficiency and readiness. Qualifications and requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, facilities management, or a related specialty. • At least 8 years of experience in project coordination, delivery and receipt of assets or major infrastructure projects. • Experience in operational readiness and asset delivery within utility projects or integrated cities. • Technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, HVAC and infrastructure systems. • Familiarity with facilities and asset management systems (CAFM/EAM). • Strong skills in coordination, follow-up, reporting, data analysis and risk management

Requirements
