Job description

ACI powers the global payments ecosystem and seeks a Senior Solutions Consultant in Riyadh. The role enhances sales opportunities by understanding customer challenges and leveraging ACI solutions. Responsibilities include: acting as strategic product representative in end‑to‑end sales; defining value propositions and long‑term solution strategies; gathering customer requirements; identifying business development opportunities; advising prospects on solution design; ensuring client business objectives are met; creating presentations and proposals; collaborating with solution consultants, account reps, project managers and leadership; developing value propositions across industries; working independently on medium‑complexity accounts; contributing to product roadmap and differentiators; maintaining value tools and KPIs; communicating expertise and addressing objections; complying with corporate policies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience in software development
• strong verbal and written communication skills
• strong collaborative, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
• knowledge of communicating business value to teams, stakeholders, and customers
• excellent facilitation, accountability, leadership, and organizational skills
• ability to act as a change agent influencing improvements at all levels
• four years of related work experience
