Associate Service Technician

Job description

Provides basic support of installation, maintenance, and repair of building systems and equipment. A 2-year degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. 2 years of experience is suggested. This role is responsible for explaining facts, practices, and policies to both internal and external parties. It also involves resolving issues or problems in existing systems and processes, making minor changes. Problems to be addressed generally fall within a single job area or discipline, with a well-defined scope.

Requirements

• 2-year degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 2 years of experience
• specialized knowledge of specific commercial, technical, trades, or office operations areas
• individual contributor, no direct responsibility for leading others
• application of knowledge is narrow (domestic) and limited to locations within a country or neighboring countries with similar culture.
