Job description

the employer is currently looking for experienced Quantity Surveyors to join our team to work on newly awarded large-scale masterplan development project. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a growing team on high profile project within Saudi Arabia. Your role will include preparing interim payment applications, measurement sheets, and cost reports. You will also review contract documents and ensure compliance with cost parameters. You will measure completed work and prepare BOQs for changes or additional works. You will assist in claims, variations, and commercial negotiations. You will monitor project cost performance and report deviations. Additionally, you will evaluate contractor invoices and support contract administration

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering
• 5-10 years’ QS experience
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC, contract management, and cost-control tools
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and negotiation skills.
