HYCO Shift Supervisor

Job description

The HYCO Operations Supervisor manages and supervises the operating staff for a world-scale HYCO Steam Methane Reformer facility for BHIG Company in Jubail. Key duties include managing daily operations and production targets, interfacing with HSSE, maintenance, and engineering teams, implementing safety work permits and LOTO, conducting preventive and corrective maintenance, directing unit, pipeline network, and water treatment facility operations, and supporting commissioning, startup, and shutdown activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Chemical Process Operations preferred
• Associate Technical degree (2-year certificate) considered based on experience and competence
• Experience in gas, petrochemical, or related industries in operations, engineering, or maintenance function
• Minimum of 10 years of experience
