Senior Sales Executive

Job description

At the employer, we are looking for a Senior Sales Executive for Deco Projects. The executive will be responsible for managing and growing strategic accounts, developing long-term relationships with customers, and achieving business targets. The primary role is to drive business growth by providing customized coating solutions while ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining long-term relationships.

Requirements

• Excellent command of spoken and written English, as well as the ability to communicate in Arabic
• Highly customer oriented
• Highly self-motivated and enthusiastic
• Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, CRM, Teams and Dynamic AX)
• Excellent negotiations skills
• Ability to create short term sales results and long-term customer relationships
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any other related field and a proven leadership experience in commercially driven strategic sales
• Work closely with tier-1 contractors, reflect our professional image, and develop the certified applicators for ensuring proper execution of the employer material as per the company’s recommendations
