Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job description

A leading industrial company is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its HR team in Riyadh. Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviews, and job offers. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates. Manage onboarding activities including pre-employment documentation, joining arrangements, and employee orientation. Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure a smooth onboarding experience. Maintain recruitment records and prepare hiring reports

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• minimum of 2 years experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
• excellent command of English both written and spoken
• strong sourcing, interviewing, and communication skills
• experience in employee onboarding
• experience with applicant tracking systems
• SAP SuccessFactors experience is a plus
• manufacturing or FMCG experience preferred
