Biomedical Engineering Engineer

Job description

The job includes performing technical calls, providing services to the employer customers, and providing the necessary technical support through installation, modification, maintenance, and repair of vital medical equipment. Main duties include performing maintenance procedures in accordance with manufacturers specifications and SLA with the employer, developing and maintaining professional business relationships with customers, providing appropriate reports using various field call related report formats with clear and concise messages. It also includes consulting and following superiors' instructions regarding technical tasks, developing personal technical skills through personal commitment and seeking assistance from superiors, maintaining a safe work environment in the office and customer sites, conveying and communicating service contract opportunities to the department head, and promoting the employer's service contracts while adhering to the sales plan

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in biomedical engineering, electronics, or mechatronics from an accredited university
• 0 to 2 years experience in providing service
• Obtaining a score of no less than 80% in the the employer technical test
• Proficiency in Arabic and English
• Strong technical background in electronics
• Full compliance with company policies and procedures
• Effective time management and organization skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work within a team and under pressure
• Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Proficiency in technical support and sales
