Job description

Assist in preparing raw materials on the machine. Ensure raw materials are fed into the barrels. Ensure all materials are near the machine. Assist in preparing the machine according to protocol and instructions. Check and load various raw materials around the clock. Prepare pallets and packing materials around the clock. Handle packing, unloading, palletizing, weighing, and transferring of finished rolls. Acquire all needed paperwork and materials from related sections. Dispose of generated waste. Assist team leader, lead operator, and operator upon request. Report any quality defects to QC, team leader, lead operator, and operator. Assist the operator to reach the KPI target.

• watching gauges, dials, or other indicators to make sure a machine is working properly
• knowledge of machines and tools
