Team Collections Manager

Job description

The Team Collections Manager leads recovery efforts for working capital loans in the Tractors and Farm Equipment (TFE) and MSME sectors, managing the team and coordinating with internal departments. Key duties include leading recovery efforts in agri-related and MSME industries. Ensuring quality portfolio management and effective resolution of overdue accounts. Collaborating with credit, legal, operations, treasury, and branch banking teams for seamless recovery. Maintaining strong follow-up and customer engagement to ensure timely collections. Coordinating with trade finance, CMS, and other departments to support customer needs. Managing client expectations and supporting risk mitigation strategies. Sourcing new customers and maintaining monthly disbursement targets (ticket size ₹2-₹25 crore). Meeting and engaging regularly with new leads, financial consultants, and channel partners. Ensuring compliance with audit norms and internal policies. Maintaining accurate documentation and reporting of recovery activities. Operating with the mantra of Speed, Scale, and Skill in all recovery and service efforts
