ACQUIRED COMPETENCIES BASED ON JOB ROLE • Business Acumen: Understand NFP business environment and objectives. Interpret and apply internal policies and procedures. Intermediate Level • Data Analysis & Reporting: Communicate and deliver information in a business context both verbally and in writing in a clear, concise, and comprehensive manner. • Communication: Monitor, collect and interpret a range of raw data from various sources, evaluate/analyze results and create reports to assist decision-making process in various aspects of work at the employer • Language: Knowledge of, and the ability to use National and Foreign languages both spoken and written. • Planning & Organizing: Organize and plan work/project activities to efficiently accomplish tasks and meet short & long term objectives. • Technological Ability: Understand and effectively use standard equipment and office automation systems and software. • Condition Monitoring: Observe the state of the asset and determine its status based on indicators, and real-time condition data to prioritize and optimize the employer’s maintenance resources in order to minimize cost and asset downtime while maintaining asset efficiency. • Lean Manufacturing Principles: Implement Lean Manufacturing Principles: Just In Time (JIT), Six Sigma, Ishikawa, 5S, SMED, PDCA and other related tools. • Machine Operation: Operate all steps and activities for a required production machine according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) or other instructions if applicable. Expert Level • Maintenance Practice: Knowledge in the variety of machinery, spare parts, tools, and other items used in the employer’s maintenance practices. Basic Level • Manufacturing Knowledge: Knowledge in the use of the employer’s machines, tools and labor to manufacture NAPCOs products, and in the general process of transforming raw materials into finished goods. • Occupational Health and Safety: Apply local, regional, and international occupational health & safety policies, regulations, and the standards and procedures set forth by the employer Understand and interpret legal requirements, regulations, and internal procedures, to protect humans, property and prevent Market losses. • Production Competitiveness: Develop new products as well as create, execute, and upgrade design solutions to improve the aesthetics, ergonomics, usability, marketability, and production of the employer’s products. • Production Effectiveness: Develop, implement and enhance the processes, tools, and training that enable the employer to respond quickly to customer needs and market changes while still controlling output, quality and cost. • Production Efficiency: Generate the required output with the least required resources. • Production Scheduling: Effectively schedule production activities in order to minimize production time and cost and maximize operational efficiency. Advanced Level • Quality Assurance: Systematically monitor and evaluate the entire manufacturing process at the employer in order to ensure that standards of quality are being attained and for driving engineering and manufacturing process improvements. • Quality Control: Inspect and test tools, spare parts, raw materials, work in progress and finished products, using simple to complex lab equipment, against performance and standard limits and according to engineering/procedural standards in order to uncover and address deviations. • Sustainability: Improve the sustainability of the employer’s process in alignment with the employer’s environmental responsibility and environmental and recycling regulations

Requirements
