Overview of COOP training. Smart Technology Solutions is looking for an accounting co-op trainee for the COOP training program. The role involves contributing to customer-facing financial activities while gaining practical experience in invoicing, collection, and daily accounting operations. Key responsibilities include following up with customers regarding outstanding payments and account data. Managing collection activities and maintaining professional communication with customers. Supporting invoicing, tracking payments, and preparing collection reports. Assisting the financial team with daily accounting and operational tasks as needed

Requirements

• Currently enrolled as a diploma, bachelor's, or new graduate student in Finance or Accounting
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Basic knowledge of accounting and finance principles is an asset
• Good communication skills in both Arabic and English
• Eligible to work in Saudi Arabia
• Willingness to travel to visit customers as needed
