QC Senior Inspector

Job description

Responsibilities: Perform inline testing to ensure specifications are met. Attend job start‑up and approve dispatch sample for lab testing after inspection. Complete the Quality Control Inspection Report to record findings. Initiate Internal Rejections for out‑of‑spec products, label them "Hold" and move them to quarantine, then submit the IR form to the QC Team Leader. After QC Unit Head approval, submit the IR report to the relevant Section Head for investigation. Upon IR closure, apply the appropriate tag (segregate, caution, waste, etc.) to make the outcome visible. Collect retention samples for traceability. Stamp product and pallet labels after verification. Inspect Raw Material and Other Raw Material per the Quality Plan, raise rejection reports for non‑conforming material and forward them to the QC Unit Head

• Proficient in performing inline testing
• proficient in completing QC Inspection Reports
• knowledge of internal rejection procedures
• proficient in labeling "Hold" items and moving them to quarantine
• knowledge of submitting IR reports to section heads
• proficient in collecting retention samples
• proficient in stamping product and pallet labels
• proficient in inspecting raw and other raw materials per quality plan
• experience raising rejection reports for non‑conforming materials
