About the employer: KBR Sustainable Technology Solutions delivers comprehensive solutions across the entire asset lifecycle. This role involves overseeing all maintenance activities for the HDPE Plant, ensuring operational reliability and compliance with company standards. Responsibilities: Execute all assigned maintenance jobs for mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation activities at the HDPE Plant, adhering to Company standards. Provide regular reports on maintenance execution within the CMMS system for the HDPE Plant. Offer necessary support to the Planning and Scheduling Supervisor. Support the Company Reliability Department with bad actor analysis and reliability improvement initiatives. Prepare weekly maintenance reports and present updates during maintenance meetings. Manage daily maintenance activities to ensure plant equipment availability and reliability. Coordinate preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance for HDPE process equipment

Requirements

• A minimum of 20 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably within an HDPE plant environment
• Demonstrated ability to manage mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation maintenance activities
• Proficiency in using CMMS systems for maintenance reporting and tracking
• Strong understanding of reliability improvement initiatives and bad actor analysis
• Experience in coordinating maintenance shutdowns, turnarounds, and equipment overhauls
