After-Sales Specialist

Job description

The After-Sales Specialist owns the customer experience from sale signing through handover and beyond. Ensures each customer leaves confident, issues are resolved quickly, and buyers become repeat customers and promoters of the employer Duties include preparing vehicles for handover, presenting condition and features, signing and documenting handover forms. Following up on ownership transfer via Absher and Traffic Department, insurance issuance, and financing when needed, ensuring contracts and invoices are complete and archived. Receiving post-sale warranty requests and complaints, logging and resolving them, coordinating with approved workshops. Contacting customers after delivery to confirm condition, scheduling follow-up calls, opening tickets for issues, resolving them, and logging outcomes in CRM. Offering add-on services such as protection, tinting, maintenance packages, and insurance, gathering feedback and providing monthly reports.

Requirements

• Saudi nationals only
• minimum high school diploma
• diploma or bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Marketing preferred
• at least 2 years experience in after-sales or customer service at car showrooms or dealerships
• valid Saudi driving licence
• knowledge of ownership transfer, insurance, and financing procedures in Saudi Arabia
• fluent Arabic and good English
