Job description

The candidate will oversee store performance across Saudi Arabia and the GCC, ensuring operational excellence and customer experience. Sets and implements operating standards across all branches. Monitors KPIs such as sales per square foot, inventory turnover, and staff productivity. Collaborates with merchandising, supply chain, and marketing teams to optimize in‑store experience. Drives initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty programs. Ensures compliance with legal, health, and safety standards. Leads store expansion and refurbishment programs aligned with brand strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field
• MBA preferred
• 12+ years progressive retail operations experience
• at least 5 years in senior leadership role
• proven expertise in managing multi‑country the employer operations
• strong financial acumen and P&L management
• excellent leadership and cross‑functional collaboration skills
