PESO Activation Manager

Job description

Activation Manager PESO at the employer in Makkah is required to have proven experience managing social content ecosystems including content planning, user‑generated content, community engagement and issue escalation with clear understanding of platform dynamics and audience behavior. The candidate must be able to track, analyze and improve campaign performance such as ROI, engagement and conversion using data to enhance activation processes, boost efficiency and inform future planning. He/she will also plan and execute multi‑channel activation initiatives including experimental, sampling and digital, collaborate effectively with key stakeholders and partners and influence them to deliver high‑quality, impactful, locally relevant campaigns aligned with commercial and regional priorities. The role demands leading experience in fast‑paced, complex and ambiguous environments, demonstrating sound judgment and confidence to challenge the status quo and drive change, along with strong relational intelligence, the ability to inspire diverse stakeholders, influence without authority and hold others accountable for consistent results.
