Branch Manager

Job description

Participate in setting and preparing the objectives of the branch in light of the directions and strategies of the entity to which it is affiliated, and undertake the management, planning and organization of the work of the branch and its administrative units in accordance with the approved operational plans and executive programmes, follow up on all administrative operations related to the branch, and ensure the availability of all technical and human resources that ensure the conduct of its daily operations.

Typical duties of this profession:

• Participate in the development and preparation of the branch’s plans and objectives in line with the directions and priorities of the entity to which it is affiliated; and ensure the existence of accurate frameworks and metrics by which the level of achieving these strategic plans and objectives is determined.

• Develop detailed plans, programs and projects for the branch; follow up the implementation process thereof to ensure the best outputs and achieve the highest levels of efficiency and productivity.

• Generally supervise the operations and procedures in the branch; and ensure compliance with all the approved regulations, rules and policies.

• Generally supervise the performance of the branch’s employees; follow up the human resources programs aimed at developing, motivating and encouraging the employees; and evaluate their performance.

• Continually coordinate, communicate and build up relationships with the external work partners; coordinate projects and joint efforts; ensure the availability of effective internal communication channels that achieve a high level of integration between all the department of the branch.
