Sales Manager - Lighting Control Projects is seeking a senior commercial leader to drive and expand sales operations across lighting, control systems, home automation, and maintenance services, reporting directly to the CEO. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, leading the sales team, building strong client and partner relationships, managing the full sales cycle from lead to delivery, monitoring market trends, and collaborating with engineering and procurement teams for successful execution. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
• 8-10+ years of sales experience (mandatory)
• Experience in the lighting industry (project-based)
• Experience with lighting control systems (preferably KNX, DALI, or similar)
• Strong experience in project sales (consultants, contractors, developers)
• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or senior sales role
