Junior Sales Engineer - Lighting and Lighting Control Projects is seeking an enthusiastic, results‑oriented candidate to join the lighting solutions, control systems, home automation and maintenance services team. The role supports new business generation, maintains strong relationships with contractors, consultants, architects, interior designers, developers and end‑clients, manages the sales cycle from client meetings to quote preparation and proposal follow‑up, coordinates with engineering, procurement and project teams for successful delivery, develops deep product knowledge, follows up with clients for maintenance opportunities, monitors market trends and competitors, prepares sales reports and pipeline updates, professionally represents the company at meetings, site visits and industry events, and achieves sales targets while continuously enhancing technical and commercial expertise. Requirements

• Basic understanding of lighting products or lighting control elements or smart home systems is preferred
• Experience working with contractors, consultants, developers, or end‑clients is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing or related field
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• Good organizational and time‑management abilities
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and keen to learn and grow
