Commercial and Sales Manager

Job description

Sales and Trade Manager is responsible for leading commercial operations and driving business growth through project sales, tenders, retail sales, and marketing, leads sales and marketing teams, builds strong relationships with key clients, contractors, and consultants, and ensures revenue targets are met while ensuring sales commitments align with production capacity, and provides regular reports on sales performance, revenue targets, sales pipeline, and win rates — applies through the announced application channel of the entity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in sales and business development, including in a managerial or leadership role
• Experience in the aluminum industry, AluMetal, doors and windows, or building materials is highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of business strategy, sales planning, pricing, and market analysis
• Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills, especially with major clients, contractors, and consultants
• Strong leadership, communication, analysis, and decision-making skills
